There is no evidence to support your claim that corestream is selling shares. They are in the process of SHARE REDUCTION. Not diluting or any other deal. If you read the information already provided, you'll see that they are doing just fine without having to sell shares, as you claim.

The stock is doing what would be expected, a consolidation and the penny newsletter scrubs are selling their shares to move on to the next "locust frenzy" of pump and dump.

Corestream has weeathered this very well and we're waiting for the next leg up.
