The only part that I am still trying to figure out is this:

This order has been open for 4 days and still no fill.

How is that the stock fell through the bids and touched .0061 but yet my GTC order at .0062 for the last 4 days has not filled?

Not sure if Etrade is F'd up or if the MM's are playing games with SNEY trades.
