He has to have enough shares to run the company.



If he has to have more than 7.5 million authorized, then why did he issue a 1 for 10000 R/S which killed every investor he had instead or something like a 1 for 5000 which would have helped us out a little bit more as investors?

I don't think it would be fair to say he didn't foresee the need to have more than 7.5 mil authorized.
