It is very disturbing that the company still
could not secure the mim financing needed
and mgmt is still getting paid by new shrs.

This device costs just under $30,000 for
any sale and now total outstanding
shrs exceeding 260 mil, even if they
announce financing with couple of sales
which now seem like forever,it is very hard
to justify any pps over a penny.

I don't think I can share same optimism
from Janey that we might see improvement
by summer 6 month down the road.

by summer ? How many shrs by then ?
