Likely due to this line at the bottom of the chart:

"The figures include estimated sales at Wal-Mart and other retailers that do not publicly release sales information."

Their estimated sales may be off due to the poor theatrical revenue that they probably used as a baseline to determine dvd sales. They should have some info on the Twelve page within 24 hours or so listing their estimate of DVD sales. They also don't track Blu-Ray sales.

It's clearly selling just from various posters visiting the stores, and the most popular lists on various retail sites.
