I agree with you, but I think the casino sector in general may gain some momentum from this legislation (and that to come). Players will look here for a possible play. I'm convinced there are not many shares between here and our resistance point in the 2s (maybe 4-8 million depending on the speed of the climb), so any momentum and attention would help us greatly.

I disagree, respectfully, with here4beer about the dilution. Things are too thin on the upside to warrant any concern IMO.
