Even if on-line gaming is legalized in NJ or all over the U.S. why would anyone from the U.S. go to an on-line Casino in Nicaraqua to bet?



Simply put

Because they can! it is a build and they will come theory. It does not matter where they build folks will be attracted for what comps or give aways that are offered. right now they have some pretty sweet incentives to join. As they build capital, I am sure they will sweeten the props even more.
