I can absolutely say it with 1000000% certainty. These BB MMs are the dregs of the earth. Not only can they only post 5000 shares, they only have to honor 100 shares and they are given the discretion according to their dirt bag rules, to take their time about it. This is not the NASDAQ national market. This is the back ally slum guutter of a phony market.
