"This is an important development for our Company," MMRGlobal Chairman and CEO Lorsch said. "I have been working with Richard for more than three years. He is the ideal candidate to manage the Company's relationship with Chartis and oversee our international sales operations as well as advise the Company on opportunities in the insurance, financial services and legal sectors. In his new position as Executive Vice President, Richard will also work with me, Ingrid Safranek, MMR's Chief Financial Officer, and Sunil Singhal, the Company's Chief Technology Officer, on the day-to-day management of the Company. Because Richard is going to be based on the East Coast, he will be strategically placed near Kodak, Verizon, and, of course, Chartis. This means instead of spending weeks of each month servicing existing customers, I will have more time to focus on identifying new global strategic partnerships and alliances as both a health IT and biotech licensor."

Mr. Lagani is at the Company's Los Angeles headquarters this week and will be traveling to Europe in January and February for meetings.
