Everyone's been calling for the EC to release a competing POR (which I think will be tossed in the garbage by Walrath) and when the crowd gets what they want, the pps reflects.

I wonder how much leverage Nelson/Susman actually have in negotiating for the releases. Rosen has got to feel that he has them b/t a rock and a hard place based on Walrath's opinion.
