My question is...

Why don't they sell 300K today? It seems that selling at $15 or $18 are indifferent for them...that's weird!

Why don't they wait until earnings to sell? That's about just several weeks?

If they are really in a hurry, why dont they sell 300K a day? Why they keep selling the same amount of shares no matter the pps is at $15 or $18?
