What part of the fact that most brokerages have not received the certs as of yet escapes you?? These shares that are being bought are most likely naked shorts and if you look on the MM montage below you will notice that if the 4's can be taken out this could very easily close at .10 again today.
I am sorry that this point is passing you by and that your only cocern is a raise to the A/S that is not likely to happen for some time if at all. It would be better to concentrate on what is going on right now than to be asking silly questions like did they raise the A/S again 3 days after the reverse split!!!!
