Here is the deal on SSPT : The share price is on its death spiral back to 0.0001.

Why ? Simply because this company is diluting like crazy. Its out in the market trying to raise new cash via REG 504 or debt conversions

That means working with companies like Fairhill Capital( http://www.fairhillscapital.net/ ) or Manga from Dallas or Epic Worldwide out of Florida

These guys take 100's millions of shares at some crazy discount in exchange for peanuts.

Barrett is only interested in raising as much cash for himself and and treats any shareholder in SSPT as a sucker here.

Barrett and Posten should be seriously investigated by the SEC for stock fraud
