Same as giving out the phone number. No "safeguard".

Like I said, girl meets guy at a bar but doesnt want to give out her digits, so she gives out her keyword. If things don't work out she can just block his incoming calls. Every female in America would sign up for the service as a safeguard...charge like 10/month and .01/minute. Whoever has a direct contact with Ike, send it along.
