again, i think the hedgefund involved here..probably advanced the $500000, with no real commitment from al-dora..hedgefund gains with the day trading ... al-dora somehow compensated "under-the-table"..interestingly, states that spph has legal right to consider any third party offers that would enhance shareholder value..blah, blah, blah ...i anticipate a "falling out" with al-dora down the road, company attributes this to unnamed third party that will enhance value..blah, blah, blah...
