While he was a little vague with my direct ?'s--like he may have thought I was a reporter Lmao--when I asked if any "shares had been introduced into the market" he said that nothing has changed from his understanding of "what information" is available to him.

I asked him if any litigation, (or some lawyer statement) would prevent him, or me from conducting any business at this time and he stated that he "did not know of any issues."

I mean he was straight forward and professional but he did not provide any significant intel regarding the current situation. Correct me if I am wrong, but this TA just took over with the current NV registration correct? 40mil Restricted shares should not have been introduced early into the market either right (GENDARME)?

I'd like some feedback on the matter.
