Logically, the company has promised the shares and if they fail to deliver or change plans without delivering on the promise this would further hurt their credibility. I also feel a Reverse Merger with the decrease in shares would also hurt and many would feel this is taking away more than you are getting. Many of us felt they should have just rolled over the original whole company to the BB market, but too late for that now. I feel that best to just find a new shell and do it like it was planned at the beginning since we have gone this far, but not sure if their finances will allow this. Their expectations of hitting it big may have been altered and necessitate a change of plans. Seems, the euphoria from Friday was short lived. I do appreciate the update, but still nothing resolved at this point. GL to all longs.
