i envision a stone thrown into a pond .. with ripples
extending out .. and each *next* level being checked
as aspects are uncovered .. i can only imagine how many
levels will be *explored*

the real problem i have is ~ it won't matter if X or Y
is *fingered* .. without change .. and this is my real
issue with the SEC .. madoff was allowed to get away
with his *unregulated* BS for almost a decade even tho'
internally aspects re: red flags were raised .. i just
am tired of a system that can't be trusted due to lack
of transparency and clear *intent* by those who run it
