I would blame it on Roxanna .
Failed promises from her.

Its better she cancels the so called divdends and put an end to it. It has caused more damage. I hope she does not say in her PR about buyback. I think everybody knows what happens to the shareprice during the buyback. But wiht EMAX it is the opposite.
