Okay I am confused, I saw the statements by this poster, nodummy which forced me to sell because honestly it scared me to think that there was some serious issues going on with this company. And he posted two supposed emails from Dr. Dayal.

Re: A deleted message Post # of 3569

I'm in the process of doing that now.

Seems the first domino may have fallen

Prabhu Dayal denied being a director for Global Renewable Energy Solutions as stated on the GRES website.

I'm working on getting further verification with him about wither his company Ctrade has every been in contact with GRES about doing any business together as stated on the GRES website.

This post as well by nodummy.

Now today this news comes out and states the exact opposite of what was stated previously by this poster. The company certainly isn't going to put something like this in a Press Release unless it is true.

Dr. Prabhu Dayal does not hold a position on the Board of Directors of TMSH. Dr. Dayal was formerly a board member of Global Renewable Energy Systems Inc., a private corporation. GRES was previously engaged in a Joint Venture agreement with Dr. Dayal's privately held company, C-Trade. That JV agreement, however, expired in 2010.

What gives? Who was lying to who here? These statements scared me and a lot of investors out of this stock and I lost money because of it. How am I going to cover my losses because of untruthful posts?

Does anyone else feel this way? Now I am thinking maybe this company might be for real but still have that worried feeling because of all the previous posts against the company.

Anything that I state is speculation and my opinion only. Please do not take anything I say as information you should invest on.
