You should know by now that the forcing shorty to cover is silly because If they did it right then the shares that were fabricated by management are being used to keep them covered.

Tony Papa put millions of shares in an account to be used to short the stock.In event of failure to cover the stocks served as equal collateral.

From what you have gathered,an insider got the former TA to illegally issue shares.
That changes nothing as far as the clearinghouse is concerned.
That is an issue that a new president would have to bring up and sue to get compensation for company.
With what we have witnessed LVOV doing as president,he is not someone that could accomplish that.
