I personally find huge significance in that according to the exibit 10.1 of the 14c it shows that uc is only agent over the claims held by each entity named and cmkx is an umbrella for lack of a better word. Now all parties are contractually obligated but in all essence cmkx is just a front for a much larger operation. Morgain minerals being one of the companies represented by cmkx according to the contract. I am laying the ground work for deeper dd into who "The sellers" or "pre merger syndicate" as theyre referred to in the contract, might be and why it is so important to them to remain behind the scenes. As you see in the contract, look at the breakdown of who owned what and ask yourself if uc is only the agent on these claims then would they dilute theyre ownership greatly over time as the a/s increased?

also, according to the contract "the insiders are unable to sell unless they file a 144 then there is a 180 day lockup period once the sell is made public thru the 144 filing.
Looks to me like we dont know exactly whose hands we're in but they seem pretty big IMO.
