Usually...Ebay doesn't charge a listing fee if you list it at 99 cents or less. I don't because there is an outside chance of them selling way low like this. It also promotes the sale of fake/phony coins and bullion by not having the seller have to shell out for each item listed. Lately ebay has extended free listing to all auctions for short periods of time so I list them at 80% of what I would consider to be a fair price. I still sell too many under fair value, but at least I don't risk giving them away. Mind if I bid on these? (smile) Hanglong.
