No, the SEC didn't freeze it. It was the DTCC but the SEC was the one who had the judgement on the case. It is all new to me, don't know how that all works. The company was not at fault, they were not the ones investigated. They froze the stock to stop the other 2 companies from selling their stock in the market. They got fined and have settled, but the CEO has to now work with the DTCC to clear it for trading again. It will take time because the CEO is a dumba$$ more than Luniel, he has filed any current info and all he does is post dumb shareholder updates on their website.
