It's been a long time that I don't really remember but I theink the CEO had used restricted shares to pay for debt I believe, but the companies that received the shares sold them before the restricted time so they were frozen back in Sept 09. The SEC just settled the case last month and now we are waiting for the DTCC to lift the freeze. I was hoping that it would start trading so I can take my money and put it into my options. The company sells antiwrinkle cream which is selling way better than the Ultimate Squeegee. LOLzzzzzzzz
