New Visual Corporation Announces Stock Purchase by Chief Executive Officer

SAN DIEGO, Nov 18, 2002 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- New Visual Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: NVEI), an emerging provider of semiconductors to the high-speed data networking industry, today announced that its chief executive officer, Tom Cooper, has purchased 32,258 shares of its common stock, NVEI. The purchase amount is equal to the close of the OTCBB on Friday, November 16, $0.62. The total invested amount is $20,000.
