Well, "rose-colored" glasses aren't that appealing EITHER!

SKEPTICISM! arises when there are too many "inconsistencies"(ex. stated revenue that NEVER shows up on the books) AND "questionable" coincidences(ex. both Co.s in the JV have a connection to Ahmedabad, India).
