Benny, don't just say "OK" to avoid the question. Answer the question.....Let me help you....No you do not know, so why take the chance in the courts and especially having a judge who is friends with Williamson. You want a figure.....Drago gets to keep, the money paid to him, his shares and Williamsons shares, and no additional interest in the company nor any money from a settlement with Tmob...if there is going to be one. Is that fair? Too fair? Who cares, just settle and move on. The value of the stock will go up with a settlement if CLYW gets all of the shares returned to them or not. CLYW has already lost out on more than that in the last twelve months.

where did you read that? I stated we should settle if that means we can move forward with these agreements for licensing deals. If that is the only issue in the way is a settlement and this company can move forward. I don't remember saying for nothing. I am with you I believe and want this company to succeed, this is just my opinion of the quickest for everyone. Do you have know for sure we have enough evidence. 100% for sure that we would win in trial?
