UDT Sensors
Founded in 1967, UDT Sensors is one the largest manufacturer of standard and custom photo-detectors, photodiodes and optical sensors in United States. UDT Sensors delivered engineering support and manufacturing capabilities that included but not limited to Commercial and Military Standard X-ray, UV, Visible, NIR photo-sensors, as well as thin/thick film ceramic hybrid modules.

Centro Vision
The Company was spun off by Centronics Ltd in the mid 80’s. Since then it has become one of the dominant players in the silicon photodiode industry producing UV, Visible and Near IR detectors. OSI Systems, Inc acquired the company in 2002.

OSI Fibercomm
Established by OSI Systems Inc. in 1998, OSI Fibercomm offered innovative and leading-edge optical transmission solutions in forms of photo-detectors and subsystems for optical network applications relating to high-speed data and voice transports. The company also provides custom fiber-optic subsystem designs and manufacturing services to a wide base of industry clients.
