Creede, good work. The financials, share structure and a business description are what I believe is needed for solicitation. Not sure if they need to be audited or not. If so, a simple audit should be ok, ala pre Sarbanes Oxley standards for the pinks.

It might be as simple as just providing all the info straight to pinksheets.com.
