From September 2008 through January 2009,
Gendarme acquired RCCH shares from the issuer. From September 2008 to June
2009, Gendarme sold more than 2.1 billion of these RCCH shares for more than
$210,000



The issuer is RCCH. 'these RCCH shares' are those 'acquired' from RCCH.

'Of these' clearly denotes a subset of the acquired shares.

To rephrase exactly; Gendarme acquired 2.1 billion or more RCCH shares from RCCH and then sold them for more than $210,000.

There is no other possible way to interpret the legal document.
