Time is a big factor and I agree. If we don't settle we have nothing. So, how many times do we settle-at least once more if that will give us a green light to do deals with these companies. I am not sure about you but I would like to have the money I have invested back plus a bunch more. This is the closest we have ever been to anything since I have been involved and now is the time to seize the moment. Many of this board may have plenty of money and willing to wait another 5 years. I would not mind the wait for the reward however that time also means new technology coming out that makes our hole purpose hear go by the wayside. I am saying, lets capture the moment. I don't want Drago getting anything he doesn't deserve but if we can settle with him and the hundreds of us make lots of money that we would not have if we didn't, then lets do it. I am not is the know but would like to see what Merkle thinks about the evidence in the case to begin with. I personally believe we may have alot of he said she said evidence but not enough to bring him down. Just my opinion- I ask those who have those connection find out!
