probably agree with the first part of that statement- however we have no investment to give away. We all have nothing until a deal is done.The only thing I have from the last several years is debt from trying to help keep this company going and faith that they are going to settle with tmobile soon and get this show on the road. My question for you people who have the inside track to the BOD would be this- Does Merkle think we have enough evidence to win against Diac or should we find some sort of settlement. Only my opinion but as long as it has been- we need to settle. Does anybody want to, probably not but the time has come to move forward before all we have is this board and money wasted. Im a long with the rest of you but its time for the good side of this ride!! Settle and lets all make some money!! The technology is there and the opportunities are endless right now!!
