Exactly, and free trade-able shares is what will reflect the PPS. Right now we have 100% liquidity in this stock, there's not more shares to be traded than those 149,6mil in the float. Once/if the Co perform the R/S we'll STILL have the liquidity in our favor, since any shares issued will have a restriction legend...
