People take a breath! They authorized more shares (I know it's not the best news) but have not issued more shares. To the best of our knowledge the outstanding shares remains the same. Maybe management has convinced employees, contractors, and consultants to take stock instead of cash to avoid further debt. If so I would say its great news that people working closely with the company believe in the future value of PMDP.
