The other thing that everyone needs to understand is that JJ believes in this mountain and has worked very hard for a very long time to make what will happend next week a reality.

IMO, a man of that singular purpose will not make a bad deal. His honor and legacy depend on this. This is not a stock play for him, this is wealth biulding on a scale few of us can understand.
