I want to ask a serious question of the board- would a pps of $75.59 be unrealistic for this stock? You are probably scratching your head in wonderment at this valuation but that is exactly where a blood relative, Exxon Mobile (XOM), sits today. So why not SOCU? We are not going to magically get to $75.00 overnight

We will need help to get to $75.00 and that starts with SOCU's fearless leader- Ronald Brooks. Now I am not a large shareholder of this stock (total position= 33K shares) in comparison to some folks. We as shareholders have a responsibility to keep Mr. Brooks honest. I would ask some of the larger shareholders (10 million shares or more), to make their voices heard and write to Mr. Brooks. We need some updating from the company. HEre is what we need to know:

1. We need to know details on all current and pending projects.

2. What does our balance sheet look like? People have been saying that SOCU has no debt- THAT IS HUGE. Please reiterate that fact in a PR Mr. Brooks.

3. Please give us a little history on the company and show us how we are tied to the big players in the industry- Chevron, Exxon Mobile.

If we get a clearer picture on just those three fronts then there is no question that the PPS will get into the high dollar area. The oil sector is absolutely scorching hot and it will stay that way for many generations. What if one day WE, as SOCU shareholders, are in a position to buy Exxon Mobile. Standard Oil started it all. It is how Rockefeller made his fortune. Let's restore this company to its former glory.

Have a great weekend all!! Go SOCU!!
