Look back at the PR's. Clearly stated that they would be UNRESTRICTED. Not unclear, no question, period. UNRESTRICTED. That is the reason for the delay and the reason that the Jan 16 date is meaningless.

in the end, would you want the float to be 320,000,000 or 160,000,000? For me that is a simple question to answer. In which situation do you think the share value would be higher?
