i was reading about facebook today, i doubt he'll go public. the man believes in freedom and he's got the cash to back it. he will still have to file due to the 500 plus investors in face book. that still leaves alot of companies that want to go public, in ctno's case it would require a reverse merger or just and acknoledgement of some sort.
