In many cases, it is used by scammers to deflect anger away from management, but that does not mean that it doesn't happen. I would say that the chart I posted, and the EXHORBINANT NUMBER OF FTD'S that occurred on such a thinly traded stock are more credible evidence than any that has been presented in support of any other theory. From my experience, when management of a company is trying to deflect investors anger away from their own ineptitue and malfeasance, or even feel that they are the slightest bit inept, or committing any type of malfeasance, they tend to not make themselves available to the shareholders to be called to task. They certainly do not hold quarterly conference calls. Do you have another explaniation to explain the fact that a security that trades a few millon shares on an average day has TENS OF MILLIONS OF FAIL TO DELIVERS ON SOME DAYS?
