I am responding to posts related to people saying that he was working for free, etc etc... Nothing more than that
As for who is paying Kim, the underwirters are pretty much the ones who float the boat up till now. The only way that investors like us can say we are paying him is if he's getting the money from sale of stock.
I humbly beg to differ with you, again review financials and go back as far as inception of company, underwriters may have initially funded, but long over on that. Where do you think the money from stock purchases go, some trust or escrow fund? The underwriters have covered their initial risks.
Don't get me wrong, I think making the inquiry is a good move. Hopefully Kim will respond. Alternatively you could contact the company PR person.
I would be happy to either although from all I can gather, the PR person is Kim. There are no other personnel, companies or consultants listed in any pr, listing or disclosure
Once again, though, without getting the answers you're pretty much perpetuating unsubstantiated information. It's good to question, but your statements read more as fact than questioning, and seem to be meant to justify your aggressive stance and need for answers.
Again, I beg to differ, unless the financials provided are incorrect, the information I have provided are straight from them, and as I indicated, I have requested further clarification so as to validate. You view it agressive, I view it as proactive. I work hard for my money and like to make sure I am investing wisely, nothing more then that.
It is understandable that we all have invested money we cherish in this endeavor. I daresay no-one here has more to lose than I.
Well, then we may be in the same camp. My investment is also quite substancial in this. If I lose it all, it will not break me but it most indeed would hurt
But that doesn't really give us the right to run the company or the CEO. It's more akin to being a shareholder on a trade ship. The captain runs the ship. If you grumble too loud it's not considered good form.
I am not sure where you are getting this impression from my postings. I do not wish to run or question the direction of this company. As far as the latter statement, I didn't realize that any of us needed to be silent on our opinions, questions or feedback.
It would be far better to get the questions answered by those who can really answer them before coming on here and making assertions that are likely not correct. Just my opinion.
Again, I disagree on the "making assertions", I have by no means made any, just my opinion.
