Actually there isn't.

In America there is something called restitution to the victims of crimes.

There is (in some States) Restitution for Victims of 'Violent' Crimes. For Example:

The California Victim Compensation Program (CalVCP) provides compensation for victims of violent crime who are injured or threatened with injury. Among the crimes covered are domestic violence, child abuse, sexual and physical assault, homicide, robbery, drunk driving and vehicular manslaughter.

There will be no compensation for this 'civil' action, so there will be no effect on the stock price.

Outside (of course) the effect that this coordinated Pump and Dump effort will provide. LOL
