It could mean a number of things Digra Ive. For months when people were thinking about the possibilities for MMTC there was talk about a possible buy out, acquistion, or merger. OSIO is no different than other high tech companies these days. Companies often find it more profitable to let smaller start-up companies do the development work and then swoop in for a takeover just as things start to move for them. Keep in mind, OSIO spent their own time and money to develope the photosensors for the MIT 1000, and did the bulk of the design work as well. OSIO already has a customer base in the health, electronic device, electronic monitoring, homeland security, and defence industries. You have to admit, it sounds like a pretty good fit for them. IMO
