I don't know if you are talking about the antenna?, butm the antennas are technology of Aerius. So, really they are just selling phones equipped with Aerius technology.
That article you provide a link to says nothing of T-Mobile or a consortium of of carriers participating in tests with MDGC's technologies or that they are in talks with Val. Doesn't mean they aren't though...
MDGC's technology has to do with improving internet speed over wireless. They hold 5 "key" patents for this technology. As of now, we only have a screen shot of a speed test to verify their technology. This technology is supposedly sold under the namebrand Wytec.
