Look at q2 2010 sec filing, been a while since i read it but, says something to the effect of kraig labs owing its' ceo 600k or so, i had understood that to be unpaid salary. Let me know if im wrong. But reading the nov 17 or 18 pr, kim says the compensation was forgiven to make for a more attractive partner etc... its the reduction of corp liabilities pr.

Not completely accurate. Amount owed was for options issued on milestone events over course of company inception based on "employee contract" as implemented by the board and officers (Kim and Kim exclusively). It can get sticky here in interpretation as this company is a one-man operation in control of all finances. Also, much ambiguity and generalization as to "issued shares" for "consultant" work over the years. Have requested clarification from company/CEO on this, no response as of yet. Will let you know when I get some.

Let's put this to rest. The CEO has paid himself 1.068m since inception, ave salary in the 230 range per year. Nothing wrong with this, but people should be aware that CEO is not working for peanuts AND controls all financials. If there was a working BOD, I would have less issue with this. Even more so why I would hope CEO updates stockholders more than he has. Based on my review of financials, the majority of revenue HAS come from us over the years and we are paying his salary. Therefore whether people see this or believe otherwise, he should be a bit more accountable to keeping shareholders informed more than once a year (IMHO).

You are correct as to the pr comments, I thought I remembered that also.

Stock will trend down with or without dilution.

No argument here on that point. Again, just trying to understand current 3 month trend.
