RCCH would have no knowledge what the wording was going to be like in the complaint regardless of knowing if or when something was coming out.



Do you not think the SEC talked to RCCH about the number of shares sold and the price of those shares?

Do you not think that RCCH knew about the shares being sold ahead of schedule?

What do you imagine was a secret from RCCH?
