The time is at hand to hop into NWTT before the coming onslaught that we expect to take place, as we are on the very cusp of merger completion. We told you in our last release to expect the gold mining merger to be completed within a week and a half but at this point it is only days away.
As the merger deadline has crept ever closer our e-mail box has been filling up with inquiries from various shareholders. We have responded to all but have remained uncharacteristically tight lipped about future developments to come for NWTT. Why this stance? Because it will provide for a better situation for all shareholders. This is why we merely state that one should not only expect merger completion but to expect surprises along the way.
As we told so many of you to look out for surprises just two nights ago, already some of them have begun. NWTT announced yesterday via a filing that not only is the merger completion just days away but also that Bermal has returned the 600,000,00 shares they were given for the initial merger, to be utilized for this new one.
