I am sorry to say that he did not elaborate and I knew that he would not divulge any "insider info".

I posted this info only to let others know that it does seem that they do have a plan and that any letters should go to state officials and not to Wally.

I have been reluctant to post this meager information knowing full well that I would probably be criticized. I was only trying to bring back some optimism.
