What are you doing spending so much time on Pinks or OTC?

There are a NUMBER of reasons companies are down here, and besides revenue and share price, part of it is a limited requirement to share every square inch of their income statements.

Just look at a news article today... Facebook may within a year be FORCED to go public because their revenues and accounting has reached a point where it must be public knowledge... even though it is still a private company at this point.

Not all exchanges are built the same, and not all companies are at the same level.

What you WANT isn't what the COMPANY may see fit to provide you.
