Our common stock is quoted on the Pink Sheets under the symbol “ASFX.PK”. A market maker has agreed to file an application with FINRA on our behalf so as to be able to quote the shares of our common stock on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board maintained by FINRA. There are no assurances that the application will be accepted by FINRA nor can we estimate as to the time period that the application process will require. We are not permitted to file such application on our own behalf. If an application is accepted, we cannot predict the extent to which investor interest in us will lead to the development of an active, liquid trading market.
